Maybelline Superstay Better Skin Foundation // REVIEW

Tuesday, September 15, 2015

A few weeks ago I got the Maybelline Superstay Better Skin Foundation thanks to the lovely people of Influenster and since the campaign was a three week challenge, I decided to wait those three weeks to give you an entire roundup of the foundation and to tell you if it worked or not, and of course if you need to have this in your makeup collection or not. So let's jump right into it.

First of I would like to talk about the good thing that comes inside this bottle -the good ingredient- It has Actyl-C which is an antioxidant, a more durable form of vitamin C, and of course that's only good for your skin! Plus it has SPF+15 and you know it's all about protecting your skin against the horrible damage that the sun makes to our skin every single day.

I have a mixed skin, it's kind of oily on my T-zone and the rest of it is kind of dry, probably more on my cheeks, so I don't know if this is the type of foundation that a person with really oily skin should go for. It's really creamy and it tends to sort of go cakey in the areas with more grease. Other than that I believe it's a -every day foundation- It's not like you're buying a long wear expensive foundation, so don't built high hopes for this one, because it's just a regular, simple, go to foundation.

In terms of the "better skin challenge" I really didn't notice any major change on my skin, but I supposed I can give it another three weeks and see what happens.

So my final verdict it'll be: It's an awesome every day foundation with a GREAT matte finish -I'm a matte foundation girl- And the pump it's really cool, so is the packaging. I recommend you to give it a try if you're looking a new every day foundation, you might like, you might not like it...It's pretty much up to you.

Tell me in the comments your thoughts on this one, and if you have any recommendation in terms of foundation don't forget to leave it in the comments and I would see you really soon.

*I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.*
